Install the AlexisHR integration

The AlexisHR integration can be found here. Please install it in your environments before proceeding with the steps below.

Connecting an AlexisHR account

  1. Click on Connect Account Click connect account

  2. Type in a value for the Tenant ID. This can be any ID of your choosing. And then click on Get connection link Get connection link

  3. A new link will be generated. Clicking on the link will open a new tab with the list of integrations. You can share this link with your customers too, and they will be able to connect their AlexisHR account. Share connection link

  4. Select AlexisHR Select AlexisHR

  5. You'll now be asked to key-in in your AlexisHR API Access Token and the subdomain to allow access to Truto. Go through the following steps. Enter AlexisHR API Access Token

Generating an AlexisHR API Access Token

Warning
  • It's recommended that an administrator of your AlexisHR account generates the API Access Token.

  1. Head on over to https://app.alexishr.com/access-tokens.

  2. Enter the name, description and set the type to All.

  3. Click on Save.

  4. Copy the generated API Access Token.

  5. Key in the API Access Token and click on Connect Enter AlexisHR API Access Token

  6. Voila! You should now see a connection successful message. You can now close this tab.

  7. Go to your Truto account, and you should see the new AlexisHR integration under Integrated Accounts. Click on the Account ID to view the details and initiate API calls.
